Niti is a Registered Dietitian from Indian Dietetic Association, a  Post-Graduate in Applied Nutrition & Dietetics and a Certified Yoga Instructor.  

A Gold Medalist in Food, Nutrition and Dietetics from University of Mumbai, Niti is very passionate about healing clients through traditional food wisdom, good lifestyle practices and a sustainable exercise regime.

She has worked at Jupiter hospital, Breach Candy Hospital and Fortis Hospital. She has won several awards academically in the past few years.

She has 5 + years of experience in the field and has successfully handled clientele with varied clinical conditions. 

She says, 'The idea is to make clients self-sufficient in knowing what food and exercise choices to make. Thus, making them feel fitter, lighter and better than ever before.'
